AANGAAN DOOR RUIMTETIJD BIJ FORT PENNINGSVEER​

Creative direction, campaigns and programming for AANGAAN, Ruimtetijd's residency for young makers (16–27) at Ruimtetijd bij Fort Penningsveer. Participants arrive from different disciplines and skill levels, and guiding them through that mix means acting as their creative mentor directly, as well as bringing in extra mentorship where a project calls for it. Each residency builds toward something concrete: a presentation shaped around that edition's theme, knowledge exchanged and skills rarely offered to this age group elsewhere. Former participants return as full co-creators and mentors, easing the step from residency into professional practice.
