Land Inzicht x Into The Great Wide Open

​

During the Into The Great Wide Open festival, I co-created a four-course dining experience together with chef Paul Jonker, exploring the landscape, flora, and stories of Vlieland. Each dish responded to a different element of the island — from stranded oysters to native herbs and wild remedies.

I developed the visual concept and storytelling, designed custom ceramics, and conducted material and site-specific research. The experience blended food, form and narrative, with contributions from local producers and ecological voices.
